Everything you need to know before you call — hours, service area, what we need from you, and how our membership works.
We come to you — always. Give us your location when you call and we'll head out. There's no towing, no waiting room, and no reason to go anywhere.
It depends on where you are and what we have going on. Call us and we'll give you an honest arrival estimate before you commit — no vague "we'll be there soon" answers.
Friday through Tuesday we're available 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Wednesday and Thursday we're available 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
We can't help outside our service windows — we'd rather be upfront about that than leave you guessing. If you're stuck outside our hours, check whether your auto insurance or roadside assistance plan covers lockouts. Many do.
A true lockout means your keys are physically inside and you can't get in — keys on the seat, in the ignition, in the cupholder, on the kitchen counter. If you can see them or know for certain they're inside, that's what we handle.
No — we open doors, that's our specialty. We don't cut keys, program key fobs, or work on ignitions. For those needs, contact a full service locksmith who offers those services.
Most standard cars, trucks, and SUVs — yes. Heavily modified vehicles or unusual door configurations may be a different story. If you're not sure, call us first and describe what you've got and we'll let you know.
We require documentation showing you live at that address. If your name isn't on the lease, a utility bill, bank statement, or piece of official government mail with your name and that address — presented alongside your photo ID — will work.
We take the security of your property — and your neighbors' — seriously. We have no way of knowing who belongs where without documentation, and neither do the people who live next door to you. ID verification protects you as much as it protects everyone else. It's non-negotiable, no exceptions.
You'll need a government-issued photo ID and your vehicle registration. Both must match the vehicle being opened. You must be present — we cannot open a vehicle for someone who isn't there with proper documentation.
A government-issued photo ID with the service address on it. If your ID doesn't have your current address, bring something official — a lease, utility bill, or bank statement — that ties your name to that address.
Someone else can make the call, but you need to be the one at the location with your ID and documentation when we arrive. We verify identity on-site before doing anything.
We service within a 20-mile radius of Elnora, Indiana. If you're outside that range, we can still come out — a mileage surcharge will apply. Call us before we head out so we can give you an honest quote.
It depends on the distance. Call us with your location and we'll quote you a price before we leave — no surprises when we arrive.
Call us at 812.633.0136 and we can answer that directly — payment options may vary depending on the situation.
Core Protection is our annual membership for $250 per year. It covers up to 6 lockouts per year — residential and vehicle — and as a member you will never pay a trip fee. Ever. That's one of the biggest perks of the membership.
However, mileage overage is separate and is not included. If we have to travel beyond 20 miles of Elnora to reach you, a mileage surcharge will be added to cover the extra gas and drive time out to your location. That applies to all calls — included unlocks and per-call unlocks alike.
Yes — any combination of residential and vehicle lockouts counts toward your 6 annual unlocks. Home one month, car the next — it all comes out of the same pool.
No — Core Protection is tied to you personally and covers only vehicles registered to your household and your own residence. It cannot be used to unlock property belonging to friends, family members, or anyone outside your household, even with their permission.
Vehicles registered to your home address. When we arrive, we verify registration against your membership address — the same way we verify ID for any lockout. Vehicles registered to a different address, even if you regularly drive them, are not covered under your membership.
Yes — your membership works anywhere we can reach you. As a Core member you never pay a trip fee — not inside the service area, not outside it, not ever. But mileage overage is not covered by the membership. The overage charge exists to cover the extra gas and drive time it takes us to travel beyond our standard 20-mile radius — it's not a penalty, it's just the real cost of that extra distance.
Yes. If we've already been out to help you once, you can apply what you paid on that last call as a credit toward your $250 enrollment — and that last call counts as your first unlock. Ask us about the second-call credit when you call to enroll.
Once you've used your 6 included unlocks, each additional call for the rest of the year is $40 per unlock. You still never pay a trip fee — that benefit stays with you for the life of your membership. And the same mileage overage rules apply: if we travel beyond 20 miles to reach you, a surcharge for the extra gas and drive time will be added to that call.
Six lockouts, no trip fees, and peace of mind all year. Call us and ask about enrolling — or ask about the second-call credit if we've already been out to help you.
